This is a great study tool for the TEAS 6, but I found it to be much harder than the actual test. I was averaging mid 70s with the practice tests, and I received an 87 on the actual TEAS

It is a very thorough review for the TEAS exam. It goes in depth and gives great tips and has amazing pretests. I got an 87% on my first attempt with and 85% on science, 100% on math, and 83% on reading and English. On my online pretest I scored a 78%, so I was surprised to receive 10 points over on the real exam! Thanks kaplan!

I bought both this book and the ATI TEAS study guide. This book goes over every concept that will be discussed on the TEAS test. In addition, the diagnostic exam and the practice questions are slightly more difficult than the questions the TEAS will ask. The chapters go into more depth than necessary just to make sure that you nail down the concepts. All of this would have been just fine.However, the *primary reason* why I give this two stars is because of the online material. There are additional questions and a practice test available online after you register the book, but there is a glitch in the system. There are certain questions where the answer choices cannot be selected by clicking on them, and you can't skip any questions unless you've answered the current question. So since you can't even choose an answer, you're just stuck on the screen and can't move forward or backward. A LOT of questions are simply just wasted. I would spend your money on some other test prep material.

I think this is my favorite book for preparing for my ATI TEAS so far besides The momentrix and ATI TESTING itself comparing to the other ones such as My Graw Hills (little bit easy).The material inside the book is well crafted, goes in depth especially for the science section. And although the diagnostic test and the online practice one is sort of a bit harder than the actual one, the format and type of question it ask you is really close to the real ATI TEST. I Literally stormed thru the reading and science section in one and a half week after I purchase the book. It also gives you a general 20 or 30 online question to practice ( which I dislike cuz there are just a few)Overall, this is am excellent source for you to grab a general plus in-depth important concept that you will need to know prior to your exam date, plus super hard reading section in the online test as wellI definitely recommend!!!

Practice questions felt more challenging than the actual exam-- and that is a good thing, as it prepares you on what to generally expect. Keep in mind though that it is a review guide so when it comes to the science portion, you may need external sources to learn more material that is not covered in the book.

I purchased 2 different books to study for my TEAS and this is my favorite by far! I definitely recommend it!

Yes this book is very helpful it teaches you everything you need to know for the teas test Iâ€™m almost done with it then Iâ€™ll be ready to take the test Iâ€™m not very good with math but this helps you step by step and you can check your answers in the back of the book and it shows step by step how they got the answer Dorsey referred me to this particular book and Iâ€™m glad because it really helps and it comes with a free online test code that you can take after you complete the book what ever percentage you get is the percentage youâ€™ll get on the test of course it will be different questions but theyâ€™re based on the same thing.. my friend got this book as well and she passed the teas test last month with almost the same percentage she got on the practice test it was just a little higher good luck
